Cluster F... F... Feeding.. that's what I meant.. Cluster Feeding

Corgan has the time during the day where NOTHING can satisfy him except for being held... it starts at around his 4:30pm feeding

*my that is close to supper time*

continues through his 7:30pm feeding

*that is suspiciously close to G and D's bedtime*

and doesn't end until after at 9:00pm and 10:00pm feeding.

*shoo.. exhausted just reading that*

Well, on Thursday night, he had an exceptionally needy night.... the boob was worn thin... and so were my nerves. 8:30pm left until he started pulling on it and getting fussy, then 9:45pm right until pulling and screaming , 10:30 left and immediately hit the TUGGING AND YANKING LIKE IT WAS A LEASH ATTACHED TO AN UNWILLING DOG!!!

For the love of God! Its a boob and it is attached!!!

Defrosted 2oz of milk and he took it down like a hitch hiker that has been lost in the desert for days... finally was sleepy enough for me to change his diaper and swaddle him and get him to sleep.

He has been doing this for about a week now, so it is kinda expected...

Thank you Lord for KaKa and Pops since they had G and D over for the night.. I didn't have to worry about waking up at 5am with D.

G and D made it home around lunch.

*Thank God KaKa brought Burger King home with the boys.. I finally got a meal I didn't have to remind myself to eat.*

From that point, G was an angel and fell asleep upstairs for a good part of 3 hours,.. D, God love him, demanded he wasn't tired and refused to fall asleep during 'rest time'...

D spent the rest of the afternoon.. being, well.. being D.

About 4:30pm came around and just like clockwork, Corgan started up his afternoon/evening routine... thankfully I finished feeding him by the time peanut butter and jelly's were asked for.. that made it easier...

about 7:00pm hit and Corgan was starting to get riled up... D and G can feel that night night time is close, so they are going bat crap crazy...

THEN

the doorbell ring...

FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING HOLY!!

the dogs are trying to get through the window and while I am trying to ca-rile them into the bedroom, G insist that "puppys want out", so he is trying to get the front door open to let them out and D is standing on the window sill giving me a play by play that "someone is at the door mom" and the commotion is apparently making Corgan hungrier by the minute... either that, or the literal crap got scared out of him... either way, he is screaming unhappiness in my ear as I open the door and hear...

"Do you have time to talk with me about Jesus"...

As I am standing there figuring out the proper response for that question at THAT particular moment...

G and D in unison responses with: "We can wipe our own butts... see..." *as they are attempting to prove they have tidy rearends*
I quickly, and before anymore incident, ca-rile THEM inside and shut the door behind them...

I turn to this young girl in her late teens/early twenties and try to respond, as the door quickly opens again and in an instant...

G says "I just farted".. and shut the door as quickly as he opened it...

"I am so sorry.. they are boys... and as you can prolly guess... Jesus and I have close communication these days."

as you can see... I am extremely verbose

Casey, I literally have tears running down my face from laughing at your post. Girl, if there is anyone in the world equipped to deal with your precious kiddos, it is YOU! I miss you and your cute boys so much!! Thanks so much for making my crazy days with just two little ones seem so normal, because believe me, I've been there too!! : )

You gotta give the girl credit for even standing there as long as she surely must have! LOL!! I hope the feeding frenzy ends soon and at least Corgan settles for you :).
