So tired

But why? Why am I feeling like I need so much sleep? I get at least 8 hours every night (with a little potty break.. which, I am totally not understanding, why all of a sudden do I need to pee in the middle of the night.), and I have just had a very relaxing vacation weekend. But it takes two babies tunneling through their doors every morning with wooden blocks and a husband jumping on the bed like a crazed Scientologist on Oprah to get me sleep walking through the house.
Once up and out of bed, it takes 2 cups of coffee and over an hour of time for me to get awake.. then once the boys take a nap, I feel like I need too. Geeze..
I know the boys aren't tiring me out.. I am eating a lot better food... I don't get it.

Help?? Advice, suggestions, ideas???

I'm scared to offer my suggestion for fear you will jump through my computer screen and punch me ;)...You don't still have any tests laying around do you?? If not, then I would get your thyroid checked out.

woah, jess! maybe it's bc you have 2 little boys that keep you going every which way. maybe try to take a multi vitamin? oh, go take a little cat nap! haha

I have felt the same way for last 2 years, of course we have only slept completely through the night a handful of times in the last two years. I know that's it for me. Your body is supposed to 8 consecutive hours... not just 4 + 4 with a 20 minute break. Sleep deprivation is horrible.
