Vacation

So, I get a vacation to spend time probably sleeping, and J gets his vacation with 'JUST THE BOYS'. I am heading to Pickwick from Friday night til Sunday. My aunt T wanted me and my mom to go... so we are. AT least I will have some snooze time.

What a year brings

I was thinking this morning about where this family was a year ago. With an almost 4 month old and almost 15 month old. The change in D was expected, looks and personality. It has come through. Almost a year ago he wasn't even attempting to sit up on his own and now, he can fling himself across the room in a fit of rage flopping on the ground like a fish without water. Makes you tear up thinking about it...



But G, he has grown and his little man personality is showing more and more. You have no idea how anal this child is. Attitude has grown a bit too. A year ago, I could get all the pics of him I wanted, now, he just tries to avoid me...

Memorial Day Weekend

What a busy weekend. Pops and Kaka came in town for the weekend to visit the boys for a long weekend.. We swam, went to the zoo, swam some more. G loves to drag Pops around everywhere and D has learned the skill as well... definitely learned if he doesn't want to left behind, he best keep up. As always, we had a wonderful time and the boys will spend the next couple of days exhausted and sleeping a lot!

Pops and Kaka also gave J and I some much needed time to ourselves.. we had a great date... Bluefin for dinner, attempted Ben and Jerry's for dessert (it was closed), walk on Beale, a few games at Jillian's and hanging out with some friends until about midnight. It was a good night.

Oh,.. and D got a new do. Time for the MOHAWK. It showed up much better for D than it ever did for G. I guess the darker hair is to thank for that. I do think a new found attitude has come with the hair though. I might have to change his name from Pickle head to Bucket head.

I am back.. as a WE

Some of you know that I had a couple of blogs a while ago and after I got tired of some stuff, I quit. This is not a blog to compete with the latest "mommy blogs" or anything, just a place where people can easily keep up with my family and see how fast the boys are growing.
